Our apparel is always ready to be shipped in 1–2 business days.

We do care about our customers and their satisfaction. Therefore, we are always open and willing to change or accept the return of the product if it doesn't fit or there is another reasonable explanation.

Standard Mail Service - Delivery Time

Europe - Delivery usually takes from 2 to 5 days.

USA - Delivery usually takes from 5 to 9 days.

Canada - Delivery usually takes from 5 to 9 days.

Australia - Delivery usually takes from 7 to 12 days.

China & India - Delivery usually takes from 7 to 14 days.

Other Countries - Deliver usually takes from 7 to 21 days.

DHL Express, FedEx Home or GLS Courier

It's charged or FREE for each order over €170.

Delivery is within 2-3 days worldwide. The tracking number is available for every order.

We are open to ship items via other mail services. These special requirements are charged extra upon the agreement between seller and buyer in advance. You can leave your demand in the box "Special instructions For Seller" at Check Out page or contact us individually via shop@shieldapparels.com.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from shieldapparels.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. We ship from Slovakia in Europe.

Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; SHIELD has no control over these charges, nor can SHIELD predict what they may be.
